THE COLDRUSH SUMMER PROGRAM

Monday-Friday mornings, June 15-August 14 at The Ashburn Ice House
For Pro, College, Junior, & Youth Travel Players

The DC area’s RENOWNED Summer Hockey Training since 1993!

Summer training on YOUR terms!
Customized level and age specific classes for players from Pros to 8U Travel. Skaters create the summer training plan that fits their schedule and goals by choosing from a menu of weekly, target level classes. Skaters simply choose how many sessions they want to sign up for and show up whenever they want! It’s THAT easy!

*Please Note: The higher the playing level, the more weekly classes there are to choose from.

CUSTOM ELITE CAMP

July 20-24, 2026, at the Ashburn Ice House
For 14U, 12U, & 10U Major Travel Players

Yes…. this is THAT camp!

It only happens once a year and registration is notoriously blazing fast, historically selling out within seconds.
Exclusively for travel players, Custom Elite offers an intensive single skill focus each day.
Monday- Forward Speed, Tuesday- Backward skating, Wednesday-Quick Reactions, Thursday-Defensive skills, Friday-Attacking the net. Players can choose to skate any or all 5 days.
We are enormously proud of the legendary reputation that Custom Elite Camp has earned over the more than 15 years we’ve been offering it!
It is as hard as it is fun, and as unique as it is foundational building.

EXPLOSIVE SPEED CAMP at the Ashburn Ice House

EXPLOSIVE SPEED CAMP was the very first camp Coach Wendy developed more than 25 years ago! Today much of this iconic camp remains the same, tried and true, it has become a DC area right of passage. With an exclusive focus on forward speed and starts, Explosive Speed, features the infamous start ramp, Wendy Marco’s signature metronome training, exclusive use of Wendy’s custom designed reflex belts and much more. Wendy created the curriculum, runs the drills, and is on the ice every minute of this camp (barring any unforeseen emergencies.) Contact the Ashburn Ice House to register.

 

THE WASHINGTON CAPITALS DEVELOPMENT CAMP

Caps fans… Wendy is returning for her 5th summer as the skating coach for the Washington Capitals NHL Development Camp. The Capital’s draft picks and prospects from around the globe will come together for this one week camp to work with the Capitals organization’s coaches and trainers, meet with the GMs, and participate in special events in the DC area. Some of the on-ice sessions are open to the public to watch. Keep an eye on the Washington Capitals social media for more information!
