CLASS DESCRIPTIONS:

REGISTRATION INFORMATION

YOUR SUMMER TRAINING PLAN IS UP TO YOU!

You can:
Drop in for 1 day.
Skate with us for a couple of weeks.
Skate with us once a week for all 8 weeks.
Load up your summer with intense daily training all summer long.*
Or do any combination of the above.

*Plese note:
The higher the playing level, the more weekly classes there are to choose from.

How it works…

1. Review the schedule and find the classes that are a match for your player’s level. (CLICK HERE for the drop down list!)

2. Register for the number of sessions you’d like to take this summer.

3. Then just show up to your summer classes whenever you want!

Bonus: If your skater is 14 or older, you can add on our weekly Hockey Yoga class and/or register with INSIDE EDGE, the on-site gym, who will be offering coordinated off-ice strength and conditioning sessions for our skaters immediately after their on-ice training sessions!

Prices below are for instruction only and do not include the small ice fee which is paid directly to the rink.
Includes jersey.

16 Sessions $775 (Includes free hockey yoga for skaters 14 and older)
UNLIMITED $850  (Includes free hockey yoga for skaters 14 and older)

HOCKEY YOGA
Hockey yoga is a 60-minute hockey specific yoga class that focuses exclusively on increasing flexibility and mobility in the body parts hockey players use most. It’s offered exclusively to our ColdRush Summer skaters aged 14 and older.
Wednesday mornings, 9:30-10:3o,

OFF-ICE TRAINING, WITH OUR PARTNER, INSIDE EDGE
Off-ice training is available M-F at the on-site gym just after the morning skating sessions. Inside Edge instructors can create a customized training program for you, facilitate a workout program that your team has given you, or just provide the space for you to do your own thing.
