Hockey Yoga

It’s Yoga, but customized for hockey players!

We collaborated with one of North America’s most renowned sport specific yoga instructors, Cindy Deugo, to develop a yoga program that specifically addresses the needs of hockey players. During Hockey Yoga players perfect alignment, refine core balance, increase range of motion, and DEEPLY stretch the full body, with extra time and attention paid to body parts that are overused in the game of hockey;

Ankles

Hamstrings

Wrists

Shoulders

Neck

Forearms

Upper & lower back muscles

 

Weekly yoga practice promotes
freedom of movement,
which enables players to get more from their bodies.

WHO:

Players age 14 or older that are enrolled in the ColdRush Summer program and serious about elevating their game.

LOCATION: 

In the studio on the main level of The Ashburn Ice House.

TIME:

Wednesdays 9:30-10:30am

July 9, 16, 23, & 30
August 6 & 13

RATES:
We believe that yoga is so important for our players that we are offering this class
at a rate far less than you would pay if you went to a traditional yoga studio!

Single Drop-in  $25

Any 4 Yoga Practices $85

Unlimited Weekly Yoga $100
