Skate with us for a couple of weeks.
Skate with us once a week for all 8 weeks.
Load up your summer with intense on and off ice training 5 days a week all summer long.*

Just train with us as it fits your goals and summer schedule!
*The higher the playing level, the more weekly classes there are to choose from.
Off-ice strength/conditioning and hockey yoga classes are available for skaters 14 and older.
This is how it works…
1. Check out our weekly schedule below and find the classes that are a match for your player’s level.
2. Register for the number of sessions you’d like to take this summer.
3. Then just show up to your summer classes whenever you want!
Bonus: If your skater is 14 or older, you can add on our weekly Hockey Yoga class and/or register with INSIDE EDGE, the on-site gym, who will be offering coordinated off-ice strength and conditioning sessions for our skaters immediately after their on-ice training sessions!

Our Prime Program is our summer program for players at the highest levels of the game with access to more and more advanced classes, coordinated off-ice workouts, and hockey specific yoga. Just like our summer program for youth players, our PRIME athletes may also participate as much or as little as they choose. Below are the PRIME playing levels and class schedules.

Hockey yoga is a 75-minute class that focuses exclusively on increasing flexibility and mobility in the body parts hockey players use most. It’s offered exclusively to our ColdRush Summer skaters aged 14 and older.
Thursday mornings, 9:25-10:4o, in the studio at the Ashburn Ice House (next to skate rental)

GYM USE PASSES WITHOUT INSTRUCTION
Pro and advanced college players with a program from an accredited professional can use
the gym, uninstructed, by paying a $10 drop-in gym use fee. Email John Fay to make sure you qualify: jfay@ashburnice.com
